refreshing oasis in florence with complimentary drinks, excellent staff make this stay lovely

I loved my experience! The room was super clean and had a Nespresso machine, a good surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly.

A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set in our double room were useful during stay. The hotel's location was marvellous, near the rail station and walking to the trail. It also was in a peaceful area👍

A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making equipment in modern rooms were awesome;)))

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station. The air conditioning was not adjustable, making it uncomfortable.

The hotel was located not far from Salvatore Ferragamo, the canal and the airport. The room was new-fashioned with smoke detectors for safety measures. The fairly clean bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet and bathrobes. The staff was very friendly at this place. My stay here was really nice.

The location had a peaceful vibe, not far from the train station. The Superior Double Room felt super comfortable with modern decor. I loved the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities, like the tea and coffee facility in the room and a well-stocked fridge. The staff were really hospitable. Marlys gave great local tips and stored my luggage before check-in. There were noticeable downsides. The air conditioning controls were restricted to central settings, and the room could get quite warm. One of the biggest letdowns was the shower space. Housekeeping could definitely improve. There were days when it felt rushed, and replenishments of basic amenities were limited.

This was just a reliable pick for a weekend getaway in Florence with very nice value for money. The room came with quality toiletries, which really made the stay feel special. If you are sensitive to certain room temperatures, you might want to check the ac settings before settling in.

I truly enjoyed every detail about my wonderful 4-night stay here. the double room was equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set, which added to my comfort. the hotel had a modern feel and featured a private bathroom, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, a peaceful area close to the river and historic downtown. The front desk staff were really good, providing us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and refrigerated water in our room.
